Fulfillment & Delivery

Every item is made to order and fulfilled within 3–5 business days. Once fulfilled, your order ships via standard mail.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 7–10 business days from order date

• International: 10–15 business days from order date

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs clearance, and local holidays.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Word. is not liable for delays, loss, or theft. We will, however, do our best to assist you in locating your package if issues arise.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
