Refunds and Returns
We want you to love what you wear.
Each piece is made to order, printed, and shipped just for you. Because of that, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or preference reasons.
That said, if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right - fast.
If your item is defective or incorrect
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or the wrong product entirely:

Email us at support@wordmeanwear.com within 7 days of receiving it.

Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
If your item doesn’t fit or you have changed your mind
Because each order is printed on demand, we don’t keep inventory and can’t resell returned items.
For that reason, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for size or preference.
We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you’re unsure, reach out - we’re happy to help find your best fit before you buy.
Order cancellations
Orders can’t be canceled once production has begun (usually within a few hours of ordering). If you reach out quickly, we can catch it before it goes into production, and we’ll do our best to cancel or adjust.
Lost or undelivered packages
Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, we’ll help track it and, where possible, arrange a replacement.
In summary
We’re a small brand, not a big box store. Every order is made especially for you, and we put care into making it right. If there’s ever a mistake or defect, we’ll fix it. If it’s a matter of taste or fit, we hope you understand our limitations — and reach out anyway if you’re unhappy. We always want to make things better when we can.
