I’m Danny. Word started with the stories I carried on my shirts.

I have always been the person who wears a story on his chest. Maybe because most of us move through the day with a cold engine. A warm line of poetry or even two simple words can change a face, brighten a day or shift a life. I write for theatre and film, and one belief keeps me steady. Care and sensitivity toward others are the foundation of who we are. Even if the connection is being tested, I hold on to it.

That is why Word exists.

The words matter, and the shirt matters just as much. After months of testing fabrics, cuts and printing, we chose a tee that feels as good as it looks. It has weight, softness and presence.
